I kept seeing "dessicated coconut" on various ingredients list and never knew what this meant. My mind made the obvious connection with desecrated coconut, which seemed likely enough to me: coconuts are holy to Hindus after all. Anyway, I looked in the dictionary and it said "Dessicate - DO NOT CONFUSE WITH DESECRATE - preserve by drying." So there you go...

In other news, I have devised a method of revising Latin and French simultaneously - read stories in Latin from the book, translate into French. I am either a genius, or the greatest of nerds. Probably both.
